FYNBOS FINE FOODS CHILLI GINGER \ RED PEPPER JAM.

 

VEGETABLE KEBABS can be used with chicken or fish. (Barbequed or grilled)

 

What you will need.

Kebab stick, peppers (slice into chunky pieces), onions (cut into 4 chunks), mushrooms, cherrie tomatoes, marrow (thick round slices). Slice aubergines into 1cm thick steaks.

 Fresh chillies are optional.

 

Ingredients for marinade

1 cup Soya-sauce

1\4 cup lemon juice.

1\2 cup olive oil

2 heaped tablespoon FYNBOS FINE FOODS CHILLI GINGER \ RED PEPPER JAM

1 Tablespoon garlic

Mix together

 

Skewer the ingredients you have chosen in a pattern .e.g. Pepper, onion, marrow, mushroom onion, pepper.

 

Soak & turn the vegetables, chicken, or fish in marinade for a couple of hours before barbequing or grilling for a deeper flavour.

 

         Using a basting brush baste now and again while barbequing or grilling.

 

         The above recipe is also delicious using chicken or fish.
